Scope
This notice applies to the CE Technologies public website and the Private Access inquiry service available through ce-tech.uk. It explains the information processed by the current production implementation, why it is used, the providers involved, and the choices available to visitors.
Information you choose to provide
If you submit a Private Access inquiry, the service may process your name, business email, phone number, organization, role or title, country or region, preferred timeline, professional URL, referral information, inquiry category, message context, and recorded consent. Only provide information that is reasonably necessary for CE Technologies to understand and respond to the inquiry.
Security and technical information
The inquiry service processes limited technical information needed to secure the service, verify requests, apply rate limits, and diagnose delivery. This can include request identifiers, browser user-agent information, country-level network information supplied by the edge platform, and Cloudflare Turnstile verification signals. The service uses hashed rate-limit identifiers rather than retaining a raw network address as the rate-limit key.
How information is used
Information is used to verify control of the submitted business email, prevent abuse, deliver the inquiry for selective human review, respond where appropriate, maintain service integrity, and measure technical website performance. Submission does not create a client, advisory, fiduciary, investment, employment, or partnership relationship.
Service providers
The current production architecture uses Cloudflare to deliver and protect the CE Technologies public website, including edge delivery, DNS, security, Turnstile verification, the Private Access inquiry API, and short-lived or retained inquiry state. Resend provides transactional email used for verification, inquiry delivery, and acknowledgements. These providers process information only as required to provide their respective infrastructure, security, storage, and communications functions.
Retention
A Private Access verification link expires after 30 minutes. The CE inquiry runtime schedules its inquiry record for deletion no later than 30 days after creation. Temporary rate-limit records expire with their operating window. Copies delivered through transactional email may remain in CE Technologies or provider mail systems according to applicable mailbox, security, backup, and provider retention settings.
Measurement and storage
The current CE code emits limited interaction and Web Vitals events for product-quality measurement. Those event payloads are designed not to include names, email addresses, organization names, or inquiry message content. The public website does not require an account to browse. Security and hosting providers may use necessary technical storage or signals to operate, protect, and deliver the service.
Your choices and requests
Submitting a Private Access inquiry is optional. You may request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with an inquiry, or raise another privacy question, by contacting hello@cag-holdings.com. The rights available to you may depend on the law that applies in your location and to the relevant processing.
International processing and security
Infrastructure and communications providers may process information in more than one country or region. CE Technologies uses HTTPS, no-store controls on the inquiry API, single-use email verification, anti-framing protections, request validation, rate limiting, and restricted browser-origin rules as part of the current security design. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this notice
This notice may be updated when the website, providers, inquiry workflow, or applicable operating requirements change. Material implementation changes should be reflected here before or when they are released to production.
